BRS leader KT Rama Rao criticised the Telangana government for its inadequate response to the severe floods affecting multiple districts. With hundreds of villages marooned and vital infrastructure damaged, he called for immediate deployment of NDRF and SDRF units, setting up relief camps, and urgent repair of roads and communication lines.
As per available information, a TATA Safari car proceeding from Siddipet towards the city, went out of control and hit a road median. It further jumped the median and went on the other side of the road and hit a truck coming from the opposite direction.
