Kacheguda Railway Station, one of Hyderabad's most iconic heritage landmarks, has completed 110 years of service. The station continues to blend historic architecture with modern facilities while serving around 50,000 passengers daily and housing a popular rail museum.
The railway station is one of 40 stations in Telangana chosen for upgradation to enhance modern passenger amenities. According to a release from SCR, the station is being developed at an estimated cost of Rs 25.41 crore to transform it into a growth hub.
