BRS working president KT Rama Rao demanded that the State government cancel the Toll, Operate, Transfer (TOT) lease and call for fresh bids immediately.
Appearing on behalf of the State Government in the WP 20143 of 2023 in relation to seeking of information pertaining to TOT of ORR under the RTI Act, the Advocate General submitted to the Court that some information which needs compilation of data will be furnished to him shortly.
The company has asked Raghunandan Rao to pay Rs 1000 crore as damages for causing loss of reputation and goodwill due to his false and ex-facie defamatory remarks
