GHMC has convened a City Level Monitoring and Implementation Committee (CLMIC) meeting under the National Clean Air Programme (NCAP) to address pollution hotspots. The committee identified key corridors including Punjagutta–Patancheru, Charminar–Nampally, Hitec City, and MGBS–Secunderabad as priority areas.

As of now, a total of 404 Adaptive Traffic Signal Control (ATSC) systems and pelican signals have been set up in 57 corridors of Hyderabad
