Residents across Hyderabad voiced concerns during HYDRAA’s first phone-in programme, reporting sewage mixing into lakes, foul odour, mosquito menace, and sleepless nights. Complaints also included road encroachments in Dundigal Municipality and illegal occupation of government land in Attapur.
HYDRAA has announced a weekly phone-in programme for residents within the Outer Ring Road (ORR) area to lodge civic complaints. Starting this Saturday, the programme will run every week from 12 pm to 1 pm.
