HYDRAA to hold weekly phone-in for ORR residents

HYDRAA has announced a weekly phone-in programme for residents within the Outer Ring Road (ORR) area to lodge civic complaints. Starting this Saturday, the programme will run every week from 12 pm to 1 pm.

Hyderabad: The HYDRAA will hold a phone-in programme every Saturday for residents within the Outer Ring Road (ORR) area to receive complaints. The phone-in programme will start this Saturday from 12 pm to 1 pm, according to a press release.

Residents can dial 040-29565750 / 040-29565759 and file their complaints regarding encroachments on lakes, parks, roads and public spaces, as well as the dumping of soil in lakes, according to HYDRAA Commissioner AV Ranganath. He said previous complaints that were not resolved could also be addressed through the phone-in programme.
