Kundra, husband of Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty, was arrested July 19 by the Mumbai police crime branch under sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Information Technology Act.
Earlier, the police on Monday arrested Kundra (45), the husband of Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty, and said he appears to be the "key conspirator" of the case.
The Mumbai Police arrested Kundra late on Monday on alleged charges of making and publishing pornographic content and publishing them through mobile applications.
