The arrested duo included the father of one of the two minors who were with the 17-year-old driver when he rammed his speeding Porsche car into two IT professionals on a motorbike on May 19 in Kalyani Nagar.
Shivani Vishal Agarwal has been arrested in connection with the case about the alleged swapping of blood samples at the Sassoon General Hospital which recently emerged in the police probe.
Police claim the 17-year-old was driving the luxury car in an inebriated state when it met with the fatal accident in the city's Kalyani Nagar area on May 19.
