BRS leader KT Rama Rao criticised Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and his Cabinet for prioritising electioneering in Bihar over flood relief in Telangana. He accused Congress leaders of appeasing their high command while ignoring critical issues such as farmer distress, employment vacancies, and flood rescue operations.
The death toll is expected to rise as search efforts continue with officials removing bodies from vehicles and an unknown number of people still missing.
"The boy, identified as Prahlad, son of Harikishan Kushwaha, fell into the borewell when labourers were putting a pipe casing in it," Prithvipur police station in-charge Narendra Tripathi said.
