Students of Telangana Residential Junior College in Jinnaram staged a protest on Sunday, alleging that two constables beat intermediate students after a hostel brawl involving Class 10 students. College staff had called 112 seeking police assistance following the incident.
Naveen Nicolas, the Secretary of Telangana's Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society, has taken action by suspending M Krishnaveni, the principal of Ramzole Social Welfare Residential Junior College.
