Senior advocate Khaja Moizuddin succumbed to injuries after an SUV allegedly rammed into him near his residence in Nampally on Saturday morning. Family members suspect a pre-planned attack, while police have launched an investigation, including examining the possibility of attempted murder.
The Supreme Court of India suspended Gujarat High Court Advocates’ Association president Yatin Oza’s contempt conviction, calling it a “final act of forgiveness.” The court ordered periodic reviews of his conduct while warning against any future misconduct toward the judiciary
The advocate, Venkata Ramana, went to the West Marredpally Indian Bank branch to pay for the challan. Even as he was waiting for his turn, suddenly he suffered a heart attack and collapsed in the bank premises
“The Union of India shall clarify in its affidavit the basis and rationale adopted in regard to the pricing of vaccines,” said the bench headed by Justice D Y Chandrachud
“There are many mistakes in the question papers and answer key. For the first time, only 3 per cent students have crossed the 50 per cent marks of total 150 marks.”
