The Supreme Court will hear bail pleas of Sharjeel Imam, Umar Khalid, Meeran Haider, and Gulfisha Fatima in the 2020 Delhi riots conspiracy case, challenging Delhi High Court’s rejection under UAPA.
Despite this, Imam will remain in jail due to his involvement in the larger conspiracy case concerning the 2020 Delhi riots, which also involves UAPA charges.
