According to Senior Police Inspector Tanveer Shaikh of Maharashtra Police, the girl had gone to a stationery shop in Turbhe Sector-22 on Saturday to purchase material for the school project.
The victim had been to a shop located at Nampally when the shopkeeper noticed some cool drink bottles missing. He caught hold of the boy, confined him in a room and later stripped him.
