A 27-year-old man in Mangalagiri was fatally stabbed by his wife following an argument over the television volume. The victim died during treatment, and police have registered a murder case, with the accused currently sought for arrest.

The victim Pottolla Jayamma (46), a widow, was staying with her mother, who had some valuable land.

The incident took place on March 22 and CCTV footage, capturing the entire episode, is also doing the rounds on social media.

Charged with the offenses, Gurpreet Singh, who resides on Belmont Road in Ilford, made an appearance at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.
