A woman was murdered in Epuru village, Suryapet, shortly after meeting elders to resolve family disputes. The assailants struck her with a car and slit her throat. Police have launched an investigation into the brutal killing of the woman.

According to reports, Upender was coming from Mamillagudem village when a sand laden tractor hit his bike killing him on the spot.
