Hyderabad's Tansen restaurant celebrates its first anniversary with two curated food festivals — The Tales of Arabia by Chef Pin (July 17–19) and the Royal Kitchen Festival by Chef Anuj Wadhawan (July 24–26), reviving rich Indo-Arab and colonial flavours.
The showcase features a curated menu focused on seasonal ingredients and spices that capture authentic North-Western flavors. Guests can enjoy comforting soups like Murgh Badami Shorba, a rich chicken broth with almonds, and Makai Aur Khumbh Ka Shorba, a creamy blend of corn and mushrooms.
