Hyderabad: Tansen celebrated its first anniversary inviting the food connoisseurs to indulge in two gastronomic festivals, The Tales of Arabia Food Festival and the Royal Kitchen Festival.
The Tales of Arabia Food Festival, taking place from July 17 to 19 is a masterful creation by the renowned Chef Pin. This luxurious celebration pays tribute to the timeless culinary dialogue between India and the Arab world, where rich histories and vibrant flavours converge on the plate.
Royal Kitchen Food Festival, scheduled from July 24 to 26 and curated by Chef Anuj Wadhawan, revives the nostalgic flavours of India’s colonial past, bringing to life cherished Anglo-Indian recipes once relished in royal dining halls and aboard railway carriages.
Amar Ohri, Director, Ohri’s Group, said, “Tansen was never just a restaurant — it was a dream close to our hearts, built to celebrate India’s glorious culinary legacy.”
