Tansen restaurant unveils ‘Sardi Ke Rang, Tansen Ke Sang’ winter menu curated by Chef Gagan Deep Singh

Chef Gagan Deep Singh has curated a special menu to bring forth the warmth and flavours of the season.

Hearty vegetarian starters include Lahori Paneer Tikka and Urad Dal Ki Shami, while meat lovers can savour Aatishi Murgh Tikka and Gilafi Seekh Kebab. Basil Fish Tikka offers tender fish marinated in basil and yogurt.
