Hyderabad: Tansen, an exquisite fine dining restaurant that highlights the rich culinary heritage of the North-Western Frontier has introduced ‘Sardi Ke Rang, Tansen Ke Sang,’ an exclusive showcase of winter seasonal cuisine. Chef Gagan Deep Singh has curated a special menu to bring forth the warmth and flavours of the season.
This showcase features a curated menu highlighting seasonal ingredients and spices filled with authentic north eastern flavours. Guests can relish comforting soups like Murgh Badami Shorba, a luxurious chicken broth with almonds, and Makai Aur Khumbh Ka Shorba, a creamy corn and mushroom blend.
Hearty vegetarian starters include Lahori Paneer Tikka and Urad Dal Ki Shami, while meat lovers can savour Aatishi Murgh Tikka and Gilafi Seekh Kebab. Basil Fish Tikka offers tender fish marinated in basil and yogurt.
