The Telangana government has appointed chairpersons, vice-chairpersons, and members to 18 corporations, including community-based cooperative bodies and development agencies, and constituted the Telangana Gram Panchayat Tribunal.
BRS leader T Harish Rao accused the Congress government of reducing State-run corporations to political rehabilitation centres by appointing chairpersons without releasing funds, leaving most corporations defunct and unable to serve marginalised communities.
