Nearly 20,000 devotees from Mancherial town, Mandamarri, Bellampalli, Ramakrishnapur, Srirampur, Luxettipet towns, several mandals of the district and neighbouring districts joined the celebrations.

The festival draws devotees from Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Maharashtra.
