  • TG POLYCET 2026 conducted successfully across Telangana

    The Telangana Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (TG POLYCET) 2026 was conducted smoothly across 293 centres in the State. More than 92 per cent of the 98,028 registered applicants appeared for the examination conducted for admissions into diploma and allied courses.

    A month-long free coaching programme for TG POLYCET and competitive examinations concluded at Kagaznagar in Kumram Bheem Asifabad district.   • Telangana POLYCET final phase admissions from July 23

    Final-phase web counselling for TG POLYCET 2025 begins Wednesday. Candidates must verify certificates on July 24, exercise web options on July 24–25, and report to colleges by July 30. Academic session starts July 28, with spot admissions concluding by August 11
  • No clarity on fee reimbursement derails Telangana polytechnic admissions

    TG POLYCET 2025 seat allotment has been delayed due to uncertainty over fee reimbursement after a 161% hike in diploma course fees. The Telangana government is yet to decide on whether full fees will be reimbursed for eligible students.
  • Telangana POLYCET results out, girls outdo boys

    A total of 98,858 candidates appeared for the exams, with 80,949 qualifying in the MPC stream and 83,364 in the MBiPC stream. Once again, girls outshone boys in the results. Of the 45,773 girls who took the exams, 85.26% qualified in MPC and 88.54% in MBiPC. In comparison, 53,085 boys recorded a qualifying percentage of 78.97% in MPC and 80.69% in the MBiPC stream.
