Founded in 2009 by Dr. Rambabu Paladugu, Mr. Narendranath (IFS), and Dr. Chandra Shekhar (IRS), La Excellence initially began as "Let’s Unite for Excellence (LUFE)" in Delhi before establishing a solid presence in Hyderabad and Bangalore
In 2021, he had won the 566th rank, after which he got a job as an Assistant Commissioner of Police with the Delhi Police. However, Akhil decided to take one more chance and took one year of extraordinary leave.
