A distributory of the Singur left bank canal breached at Isojipet in Pulkal mandal, Sangareddy, on Sunday—the second such incident in a year. Officials blamed heavy inflows, while farmers alleged poor-quality repairs. Health Minister Damodara Rajanarasimha inspected the site.
