Kitex Garments has started commercial production at Warangal’s Kakatiya Mega Textile Park, hailed by KT Rama Rao as a historic milestone, with plans to produce 1.1 million garments daily and expand globally.

The Chief Minister and his team also held talks with the senior leadership of LS Corp, one of Korea's biggest industrial conglomerates

The textile name change however, revealed another of the Chief Minister's fears - of seeing the name or symbol of the Kakatiya dynasty anywhere.
