A woman’s body was found in Lingampally nala, Hyderabad, on Wednesday night. She was wearing gold ornaments, and a mobile phone was recovered. Police are investigating the case and using the phone to help establish her identity.

According to the police, the woman, aged around 50 years, was a resident of Buddanagar in Medipally and was missing for the last two days.

Passersby, who found the body in the drainage, informed police who rushed to the spot.
