Hyderabad: The body of a woman was found in a water tank in Medipally on the city outskirts on Monday morning.
According to the police, the woman, aged around 50 years, was a resident of Buddanagar in Medipally and was missing for the last two days. The family members had approached the police and lodged a missing complaint as well.
On Monday morning, locals noticed the body in the water tank and alerted the police, who reached the spot along with her family.
The body was retrieved with the help of swimmers and shifted to the mortuary. A case of suspicious death was registered.
