At a review meeting on Housing held here on Friday, the Chief Minister said owning a house is the dream of the poor and construction of quality houses only would keep the poor happy.
In the first phase, construction of 15,60,227 houses, pattas for which were given in the name of the woman member of the family, was started on the day, at a cost of Rs.28,084 crore
