Hyderabad: Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge (TASK) has announced a collaboration with Chandradeep Solar Research Institute (CDSRI), Kolkata, for training 100 students in solar energy.
TASK CEO, Shreekant Sinha made the announcement at the international conference on Green Energy—Powering MSMEs for future which was organized by the CDSRI. The training programme will commence soon in Hyderabad.
“Some lakhs of jobs are there in the solar energy sector in order to meet up the target of 500GW generation with green power by 2030,” Sinha said.
The CDSRI, a business entity of West Bengal now fully operational in Hyderabad from 2021. It trained more than 1,000 students (directly & indirectly) in solar energy and also provided them placement or assisted them to start the business.
The TASK is known for providing skill and knowledge to the youth of Telangana. For more than seven years, the TASK has been helping the youth to get appropriate training in various fields besides assisting them to become self-reliant
