Hyderabad: The Telangana Basketball Association (TBA) is set to host the Players Conclave 2026 on April 24 at Shilpakala Vedika here from 5 pm onwards.
The event aims to bring together players, coaches, administrators, and stakeholders to shape the future of basketball in Telangana.
The conclave is being organised under the leadership of R Sridhar Reddy, President, and A Prudhvishwar Reddy, General Secretary of the Telangana Basketball Association.
The event will serve as a significant platform for interaction, transparency, and growth within the basketball ecosystem. A major highlight of the conclave will be the announcement of the Telangana Juniors Basketball League (TJBL) player selection results, marking an important milestone for young athletes across the state.
The key features would be the announcement of TJBL details, TJBL franchise auction, insights into pro league opportunities in Telangana, review of achievements by the new management, and demonstration of player data digitisation initiatives.
Speaking about the initiative, the leadership emphasised their vision to build a structured and progressive basketball environment that nurtures young talent and creates professional pathways in the sport.
