TC electric bus driver loses control, veers off the road, passengers safe

Bhupalpally: As many as 25 passengers onboard an RTC electric bus had a lucky escape as the bus lost control and veered into a thicket of trees by the side of the road in the district on Saturday.
The incident occurred on the national highway between Mahadevpur and Kataram mandals when the bus belonging to Warangal depot was returning from Kalaeshwaram. The passengers were gripped by panic when the bus suddenly lost control and veered off the road.
However, no one sustained any injuries as the bus driver managed to bring the vehicle under control. The passengers were sent to their destinations in other buses. The cause of the incident was yet to be ascertained. The TGRTC officials and the police started gathering details regarding the incident.
