Techie found hanging in home in Hyderabad

The victim, identified as M. Srinivas Reddy (30), working for a software firm in the city, was reportedly depressed for quite some days.

Hyderabad: A software employee died, allegedly by suicide, in his house at Chetan Colony in Alwal here on Friday. The reason is yet to be known, police said.

The victim, identified as M. Srinivas Reddy (30), working for a software firm in the city, was reportedly depressed for quite some days.


According to the police, he hanged himself from the ceiling fan in his bedroom with a bedsheet. His family found him dead in the morning. The Alwal police are investigating.

The body was shifted to the Gandhi Hospital morgue for autopsy.
