Hyderabad: Metro services on the LB Nagar–Miyapur corridor were affected due to technical glitches till afternoon on Wednesday. Due to snags, the Metro services did not commence from Miyapur station on the corridor and passengers had to board the trains from the JNTU station.

In the return journey too, passengers had to alight at JNTU station. Earlier in the day, LTMRHL tweeted “Dear passengers, we have a technical issue at Miyapur station due to which trains are available in Red line from JNTU College. We expect the issue to be resolved in some time. We regret the inconvenience caused.”

After a couple of hours, LTMRHL tweeted that the Red Line was working between LB Nagar and JNTU college. “We have arranged special shuttle services from JNTU to Miyapur. Please contact our station staff for help,” they tweeted.
