Prolonged use of laptops can lead up to some other physical side effects like headaches, nausea, severe neck and back pain, blurry vision with eye dryness, insomnia and in some cases even depression!
Laptops and smartphones have become a part and parcel of our lives and doing away with them is no solution. But you can still take certain precautions to keep major problems at bay. Try placing them on a table to maintain a safe distance between yourself and the device.
