Teen electrocuted while retrieving kite in Husnabad

A 13-year-old boy sustained severe burn injuries after accidentally touching live electric wires while attempting to retrieve his kite in Husnabad’s Medi Bavi area.

Siddipet: A 13-year-old boy suffered serious injuries after coming into contact with live electric lines while trying to retrieve a kite at the Medi Bavi area in Husnabad town on Friday evening.

The injured has been identified as Kamsani Praveen, son of Murthy. According to reports, Praveen noticed that his kite was caught in overhead live electric lines. While attempting to retrieve it, he accidentally came into contact with the wires.

He suffered a severe electric shock and sustained burn injuries. The boy was immediately rushed to the Government Hospital in Husnabad for treatment. Doctors said his condition is critical.
