Teen girl dies after speeding truck knocks down scooter near Ghatkesar
A 16-year-old intermediate student, Shravani, was killed when a speeding truck hit the scooter she was riding with her parents near Vandana Hotel under Ghatkesar police limits on Saturday.

Hyderabad: An intermediate student was killed in a tragic road accident near Vandana Hotel under the Ghatkesar police station limits on Saturday.
The victim, identified as Shravani (16), was travelling on a scooter with her father Suresh and mother Uma, residents of Warasiguda, when a speeding truck rammed their vehicle from behind. The impact threw all three onto the road.
The truck ran over Shravani, who died on the spot. On receiving information, the Ghatkesar police reached the spot and took up investigation.
