Telangana achieves 71.34 pc SIR enumeration form digitisation; Yadadri Bhuvanagiri tops

Telangana has achieved 71.34% digitisation of enumeration forms under the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls, with 11 days remaining before the August 3 deadline. Yadadri Bhuvanagiri leads all districts, while Hyderabad has recorded the lowest digitisation progress.

Hyderabad: With 11 days remaining for the closure of the Spercial Intensive Revision of the electoral rolls on August 3, Telangana achieved 71.34% in digitization of enumeration forms of SIR, according to the status report released by the chief electoral officer, Telangana, on Thursday.

Yadadri Bhongiri district stood top with 91.85% digitization of enumeration forms across 33 districts in Telangana, according to the CEO’s report on digitisation.
Hyderabad district recorded the lowest digitization at 47.53%, the report said.
