Telangana adds 465 Covid cases, four deaths on Sunday

The number of active cases in the State, as on Sunday was 10,316.

Hyderabad: Telangana has reported 465 new Covid infections and four fatalities on Sunday, pushing the cumulative number of deaths to 3,729 and the total number of positive cases to 6,31,683. The number of active cases in the State, as on Sunday was 10,316.

On Sunday, authorities conducted 65,607 Covid tests of which results of 565 samples were awaited. A total of 869 individuals have recovered with a recovery rate of 97.77 per cent on Sunday. So far, a total of 1,97,60,171 Covid-19 tests have been conducted in the State out of which 6,31,683 have tested positive and 6,17,638 persons have recovered.


The Covid-19 positive cases reported from the districts included one from Adilabad, 23 from Bhadradri Kothagudem, 70 from areas under GHMC, 13 from Jagtiyal, three from Jangaon, 14 from Jayashankar Bhupalpally, three from Jogulamba Gadwal, 42 from Karimnagar, 32 from Khammam, four Komaram Bheem Asifabad, seven from Mahabubnagar, eight from Mahabubabad, 25 from Mancherial, three from Medak, 20 from Medchal-Malkajgiri, nine from Mulugu, six from Nagarkurnool, 14 from Nalgonda, one from Nirmal, 11 from Nizamabad, 14 from Peddapalli, 12 from Rajanna Siricilla, 23 from Rangareddy, seven from Sangareddy, 21 from Siddipet, 33 from Suryapet, two from Vikarabad, five from Wanaparthy, 15 from Warangal Rural, 23 from Warangal Urban and one from Yadadri Bhongir.
