Telangana Administrative reshuffle: Jyoti Buddha Prakash appointed as SCCL CMD
The Telangana government appointed Jyoti Buddha Prakash as SCCL Chairman and Managing Director and ordered a major IAS reshuffle, reallocating key responsibilities across Scheduled Caste Development, welfare, finance, planning, rural development and industries departments.
HYDERABAD:Jyoti Buddha Prakash, Secretary to Government, SCD department is appointed as the new Chairman and Managing Director of Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL).
D Krishna Bhaskar has been relieved from the Full Additional Charge (FAC) of the post. Orders to this effect were issued on Wednesday.
The State government has also transferred a few IAS transfers. Accordingly, Sabyasachi Ghosh, Special Chief Secretary to Government (Implementation of Flagship Welfare & Developmental Schemes Unit) is placed in FAC of Special Chief Secretary to Government, Scheduled Caste Development Department and
Commissioner, Scheduled Caste Development posts, as Jyoti Buddha Prakash has been relieved from the posts.
Sabyasachi Ghosh, continues to hold the FAC posts of Special Chief Secretary to Government, Tribal Welfare Department, Special Chief Secretary to Government, Welfare and Commissioner, Tribal Welfare.
Sandeep Kumar Sultania, Principal Secretary to Government, Finance Department is placed in FAC of Principal Secretary to Government, Planning department & E.O. Director General, Telangana
Remote Sensing Applications Centre (TGRAC) as Jyoti Buddha Prakash is relieved from FAC of the post.
D Divya, Chief Executive Officer, Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP) is placed in FAC as Commissioner, PR & RD as Shruti Ojha, is relieved from FAC of the post.
P Katyayani Devi, Additional Chief Executive Officer, Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP) is transferred and posted as State Nodal Officer, Prajavani duly relieving D Divya from FAC of the post.
P Katyayani Devi continues to hold the FAC of the post of Joint Managing Director, State Finance Corporation.
Mayank Mittal, Executive Director, HMWS&SB is transferred and posted as Joint Managing Director, HMWS&SB.
U Raghuram Sharma, Officer on Special Duty to Minister for IT, Industries & LA is transferred and posted as Special Secretary to Government, Industries & Commerce. He is also placed in FAC of the post of OSD to the Minister for IT, Industries & LA.
