Telangana: Autorickshaw driver dies in freak mishap as vehicle hits wild boar in Medak

The 21-year-old was on his way to pick up his mother from their relative's home when the wild boar darted across the road

Medak: An autorickshaw driver died in a freak mishap after his vehicle hit a wild boar at Sutharpally in Ramayampet mandal in the early hours of Sunday.

Bhanu Chandar (21), a native of Mallupally in Kamareddy district, was on his way to Sutharapally to pick up his mother from their relative’s home.

Bhanu was working as an autorickshaw driver in Hyderabad. On the way, it is said a wild boar ran onto the road, causing Bhanu to lose control of the vehicle and hit the boar.

The autorickshaw overturned, leading to Bhanu’s death on the spot. A case was registered and the body was shifted to the area hospital in Ramayampet for postmortem.
