Telangana BIE releases inter supplementary results, 49.29 pc students pass
The Telangana Board of Intermediate Education announced the 2026 advanced supplementary examination results, with 49.29% of second-year students and 68.84% of first-year students passing. Girls outperformed boys in both categories. Recounting and re-verification applications will be accepted until June 18.

Hyderabad: The intermediate public advanced supplementary examinations 2026 results were declared on Thursday, with 49.29 percent students clearing the exams.
As per the Telangana Board of Intermediate Education (TG BIE), a total of 1,31,128 general and vocational stream students appeared for the second year exams and 64,639 (49.29 percent) passed.
Results have been hosted on the website https://tgbie.cgg.gov.in or https://results.cgg.gov.in.
Girls continued to outperform boys. A total of 47,395 girls appeared and 52.56 percent cleared, while 83,733 boys recorded a pass percentage of 47.45.
As for the intermediate first year, 2,67,331 students took the exams and 68.84 percent cleared. Here too 1,23,974 girls dominated the results, recording a pass percentage of 76.10, while 1,43,357 boys registered 62.57 percent passes.
Candidates who wish to apply for recounting and re-verification-cum-scanned copy of valued answer script have to pay Rs.100 and and Rs.800 respectively per paper via the BIE website https://tgbie.cgg.gov.in between June 12 and 18.
The Board asked students to download and take a colour printout of an online memorandum of marks from the website: https://tgbie.cgg.gov.in from Thursday (5 pm).
Further, the BIE informed all the students, parents and principals that a physical copy of the memorandum of marks will not be supplied separately. Students should download and keep it as a record till the pass certificate is supplied by the Board.
