Nalgonda: Three-year-old Abdul Rehman, who was kidnapped from the premises of Nalgonda Government Hospital four days ago, was rescued by Nakrekal police late on Thursday night.

The child was abducted by a man named Sitaramulu who belonged to Nakrekal area. Ramulu handed over Abdul to a family in Mandra village, which had been longing for a male child. The family, already having three daughters, was still in search of a boy.

Abdul’s parents, who reside within the hospital premises at Nalgonda, rely on the food provided by the hospital and assist construction workers for their livelihood.
