KARIMNAGAR: Burglars armed with knives looted a house and fled with 70 tolas of gold and Rs 7 lakh in Pratapavadi of Huzurabad town.

According to police, the burglars broke into the house of Raghava Reddy on Sunday night and attacked the family members with knives when they tried to prevent them.

Later, they fled with 70 tolas of gold and Rs 7 lakh cash. Based on a complaint lodged by the victims, police registered a case and began investigation.
