Telangana: Couple killed, infant injured in Vemulawada road accident
A Karimnagar couple, Waseem and Aifa, died in a road accident near Sankepalli in Vemulawada urban mandal when a lorry collided with their motorbike. Their two-month-old daughter sustained a leg fracture and is undergoing treatment
Rajanna-Sircilla: A man and his wife died, while their two-month-old daughter sustained injuries in a road accident near Sankepalli in Vemulawada urban mandal on Wednesday.
The accident occurred when a lorry coming from the opposite direction hit the motorbike on which Waseem, a resident of Karimnagar, was travelling with his wife Aifa and their daughter. The family was on its way to Sircilla.
Waseem died on the spot, while Aifa succumbed to injuries while being shifted to a hospital in Karimnagar. Their baby sustained a leg fracture and is undergoing treatment.
