Telangana: Decapitated head creates sensation in Khammam

Khammam: A decapitated head of a male found on the road near a park at Church Compound area here in the early hours on Thursday created a sensation among the public.
On receiving information from the locals, the one town police rushed to the spot, recovered the head and found a truncated body of a male by the side of a railway track nearby.
The GRP Inspector of Police Ravi Kumar informed the media that preliminary investigation revealed that the head and the body found near the railway track were that of G Raju (28). It is suspected that the man may have committed suicide by jumping before a train and dogs may have carried the severed head on to the road.
A case was registered and investigations are underway, the police officer said.
