Telangana: DOST 2025 notification out; Registrations to begin on May 3

Hyderabad: The Degree Online Services Telangana (DOST) 2025 notification for admissions to degree programmes in the State was released here on Friday with registration for the first phase counselling commencing Saturday.

As per the notification released by Telangana Council of Higher Education Chairman and DOST Converner Prof. V Balakista Reddy and Collegiate Education Commissioner A Sridevasena, the deadline to apply for the first phase admissions with a fee of Rs.200 is May 21. Registration can be done on the website https://dost.cgg.gov.in and web options can be exercised from May 10 to 22.


Candidates claiming admission under a special category (PH/CAP/NCC/ Sports/Extracurricular activities) have to attend certificate verification at the university helpline centres on May 21 and 22.

Seat allotment for candidates who participated in the first phase admissions will be done on May 29, and candidates who got a seat must self-report online between May 30 and June 6.

Similarly, two more phases of admissions will be conducted. After three phases of admissions, orientation sessions for students will be held from June 24 to 28 and the first semester class work will commence on June 30.

TGCHE Vice Chairman Prof. SK Mahmood, Secretary Prof. Sriram Venkatesh and Collegiate Education Academic Guidance officer Prof. Bala Bhaskar among other officials participated in DOST notification release.
