Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Monday claimed that the State government had filled up nearly 65,000 jobs within the first year after coming to power and was addressing issues being faced by unemployed youth.
About 30,000 appointment letters were given to the selected candidates within 30 days after coming to power. Considering the demands of job aspirants, the DSC was conducted after the TET exam, he said after releasing the DSC 2024 results here.
Since issuing the notification, the State government had completed the recruitment of 11,062 teachers in 55 days. Results were released in 1:3 ratio and the appointments would be completed before Dasara. Appointment letters would be handed over to the selected candidates at LB Stadium on October 9, the Chief Minister said.
“As per the job calendar, the next notification is due in February. After the exercise to fill up the 11,062 posts is done, a decision will be taken accordingly. Group I results will also be declared soon,” he said, adding that Integrated Residential Schools were being set up in 100 constituencies. These schools would be come up in 20 to 25 acres with an investment of Rs.100 crore to Rs.125 crore each. Work on the integrated schools at Kodangal and Madhira constituencies was being taken up on a pilot basis, he said.
