Telangana: Elderly couple ends life in Jagitial

Jagitial: An elderly couple died by suicide in Dharur of Jagitial urban mandal on Sunday morning. Though the exact reason for the death is not known, the couple reportedly took the extreme step due to family disputes.
Vakrala Hanumantha Rao (68) and Sulochana (58) committed suicide in their residence. While Sulochana hanged from the branch of a tree in front of their house, Hanumantha Rao was found dead under suspicious circumstances on the bed inside the house. The couple has two sons.
On coming to know about the incident, Jagitial rural police rushed to the spot and began investigation. The bodies were shifted to hospital for postmortem.
