Telangana: Excise Inspector dies of Covid-19 in Asifabad
The inspector Nasani Praveen Kumar (43) was a resident of Luxettipet town in Mancherial district. He contracted the disease four days back.

Kumram Bheem Asifabad: An inspector working with the Prohibition and Excise Department, in Wankidi station died of Covid-19 while undergoing treatment in Karimnagar on Friday.
The inspector Nasani Praveen Kumar (43) was a resident of Luxettipet town in Mancherial district. He contracted the disease four days back. He is survived by a wife and a son. He joined the department as a sub-inspector in 2007.
It is learnt that Praveen was infected by the virus when he was helping his mother, who tested positive for Covid-19, recently. His mother died of the disease a few days ago. His friends and colleagues expressed shock over his death and conveyed condolences to his family. He was an alumnus of Telangana State Backward Classes Residential School, Bellampalli.
