Hyderabad: Telangana junior girls emerged champions after defeating Maharashtra 7-2 in the final of the 39th Junior National Softball Championship at Andhra University Grounds, Vishakapatnam, on Saturday.
Madhya Pradesh girls took the third place.
In the boys event, Andhra Pradesh defeated Rajasthan 2-1 for the top honours.
