Telangana govt school teachers want priority in vaccination

Hyderabad: The government schools’ teachers have appealed to the State government to give them priority in the vaccination drive and support the families of teachers who died of Covid-19.

In a press release on Friday, Telangana State United Teachers Federation said 225, including in-service and retired teachers, died due to coronavirus.


“Teachers should be given priority in the vaccination, and government should support families of the teachers who succumbed to the coronavirus,” TSUTF president and general secretary K Jangaiah and Ch Ravi appealed.
